Product Reviews > Menu Planning Central Review Menu Planning Central Review As a mother of a three year old and a ten month old dinner time is crazy for us. Actually our whole day is crazy, but dinner is like the witching hour. Now if I were more organized I would have sat down one night and planned all of our dinners out and prepared a week long shopping list, but seriously, who h as time for that? On my nights to cook I am usually scrambling to find something, anything to put together. I try and find healthy things to prepare since I'm still loosing a little baby weight, but when you are working at the last minute, I'll settle for anything, especially the number for the pizza delivery service (which is not helping the hips). I recently discovered Menu Planning Central and it's an answer to my problem. Christine puts together healthy easy to prepare meals along with a shopping list. So all I have to do is print them out, take the shopping list to the store and I’m stocked up for meals for weeks. I love it! Not that I don’t still have two out of control kids at dinner time, but at least now I have a plan of how to get them fed in a quick, cheap, and nutritious way. I was worried before I signed up because my husband is a total gourmet chef. He used to cook at some of the nicest restaurants in town so he's pretty hard to please. But he totally complimented me when I made the free sample menus that they sent me when I gave them my e-mail address. The best thing is that Menu Planning Central's weekly shopping lists have helped me save money on groceries too. Even now that we have switched to eating mostly organic and grass feed, our grocery bill is still lower when we stick to the list. Thanks Menu Planning Central! |
